Coloring Books/Journaling

Coloring books and journals are a wonderful way to process feelings and emotions. Here are some low cost coloring books that I have found to be great to incorporate in your practice.  These items were found at Barnes & Nobles, however, I have found several resources at the local dollar store.    Coloring is a way for people to tap into their emotional selves.   Themed journaling about a particularly topic or stressor is a good way to vent emotional stress in a private and safe way and can be used at home, school, or work.
