Meditation Challenge Day 3

Meditation is a therapeutic tool that can be used anywhere.  You can use it at work, school, or home to help you relax and focus on the "here and now".   If you are having difficulty getting in the habit of meditation, here are some helpful ways to get you started.    The first suggestion is to plan to meditate.  If you are motivated, you will take the time, energy, and resources and develop a plan of action for incorporating the behavior into your repertoire.   Secondly, do your research.  If you do not feel that you have a full understanding of what the process is all about, it is important that you do the work.  Lastly, invest in the process of meditation.  Create a room or place in your home that you can use to practice your meditation.    Here are a few examples of meditation spaces:
