Day 1 - Mindfulness Challenge

Being in the moment or being mindful is a challenge for most.  It is especially difficult as we deal with environmental stressors (pending Hurricane Irma), financial stressors (bills, bills, and bills), and emotional stressors (relational discord).  So, to kickstart our mindfulness journey, I propose that you start with this relaxing, yet powerful video.   Let us know what you think.
