Just Stay- SUICIDE Prevention

If you have ever contemplated suicide, this video will resonate with you.  If you are having suicidal thoughts, I hope that this video will help you find reasons to keep living.   There are several ways of seeking help if you are experiencing suicidal thoughts.  Here are some sources of help:

1. Call 911 for immediate assistance
2.  Go to an emergency room and let medical professionals know what you are having suicidal thoughts
3. Call or text the National Suicide Hotline- 1-800-273-8255
Spanish speakers may call 1-888-628-9454
4. Talk to someone that you love or trust and ask for help
5.  Call 211 or other help lines in your city
6. Let your therapist, doctor, counselor, or other professionals that you are working with know
7. Call Boys Town National Help Line- 1-800-448-3000
8. Text HOME to 741741 for help
9. Call Trevor Lifeline at 1-866-488-7386
